Moderation Policy

At FLINBO we always take care for the safety and transparency of our users, so our moderators strive to optimize the website and the good use of the platform by the content CREATORS.

FLINBO has 24/7 moderation teams to always check the content before being published on the platform and be visible to users. Moderators reserve the right to block, remove and/or suspend the activity on the platform of any CREATOR content or profile that violates the Platform Terms and Conditions, the Creators Agreement, or the Content Moderation Guidelines. The creator will be notified by our team, in any case, indicating the reason.

All content creators must go through the verification ID process as a mandatory requirement. Each content of the creator (Video / Photo) is going through a review process with very clear guidelines before publication. In case the content is not aligned with the Terms and Conditions; the rules of use of the Community; the Creators Agreement or the Moderation Policy; the whole game, including all actions, will be rejected and an email notification will be sent to the CREATOR.

We inform you that FLINBO has a 48-hour SLA to contact the creator with the information about the violation.

To validate that the content uploaded to our platform has been created by the Creator who publishes it, we will verify that the account holder is also the person who appears in the uploaded content.

All Registered and Public Users may report at any time any Profile or Content through the Application or by writing directly to [email protected]. The content or profiles reported will be received by the moderation team that will take immediate action.

It is strictly prohibited to use the FLINBO Platform in any way to engage in, cooperate with, assist, support or facilitate in any way any act of prostitution (prostituting oneself or a third party), child or adult sex trafficking or pedophilia. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

• Depiction of underage persons during filming/imaging;
• Forced or non-consensual sexual activity;
• Bestiality, brutality and/or abuse;
• Hate crimes, acts of violence or discrimination of any kind (content intended to vilify, humiliate, dehumanize, exclude, attack, threaten or incite hatred, fear or violence against a group or individual on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, caste, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, serious illness or any other protected characteristic);
• Violence, hypnosis, intoxication, sadomasochistic abuse or extreme bondage, extreme fisting;
• Mutilation of any person or body part;
• Urinary, scatological or excrement-related material;
• Incitement to the ingestion of drugs or drug paraphernalia;
• Self-harm or suicide;
• Blood;
• Counterfeit or copyrighted material;
• Firearms, weapons, or any goods in which the sale, possession or use is subjected to prohibitions or restrictions;
